Over the past decade, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of individuals from young children, teenagers, and adults navigating life transitions to corporate executives managing high-pressure environments and families across varied cultural backgrounds.
Our sessions are designed to feel like a collaborative, welcoming conversation. We will explore who you are, make sense of where you have been, and actively build toward who you want to be.
I am passionate about meeting you exactly where you are today. I believe that every individual holds innate strength and resilience, though life’s challenges can sometimes obscure them. Together, we will cultivate these personal strengths, unlocking your potential so you feel empowered to navigate difficulty and work on your true self.
My approach to therapy is holistic, compassionate, and tailored entirely to your unique needs, personal goals, and lived experience. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model, I draw upon evidence-based therapeutic frameworks to support your journey. Some of the models I use are, Person-Centred Therapy to create an empathic, authentic, and non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard and valued, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help you identify, understand, and reframe thought patterns that may no longer serve you and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) where we collaborate to uncover practical strategies, discover existing resources, and achieve your meaningful goals.
Looking forward to meeting you and embarking on a therapeutic journey with you.
