As a qualified Registered Counsellor and a background in education with and experience in teaching, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals, families and couples at pivotal stages in their lives. These experiences have deepened my understanding of human potential and the power of supportive, empathic relationships. I now bring that same heart and purpose to my counselling work—creating a space where healing, growth, and transformation can unfold.

At the core of my practice is a Person-Centred approach, which places your voice, your pace, and your lived experience at the centre of our therapeutic relationship. I believe every person holds the strength to overcome challenges and move toward the life they desire—sometimes, we just need someone to walk with us along the way.
