As you take this important and courageous step towards growth and emotional well-being, I want to warmly welcome you. My name is Nikki Russell, and I am a passionate and dedicated Registered Counsellor, committed to walking alongside you through the challenges and triumphs of your unique journey.

As a qualified Registered Counsellor and a background in education with and experience in teaching, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals at pivotal stages in their development. These experiences have deepened my understanding of human potential and the power of supportive, empathic relationships. I now bring that same heart and purpose to my counselling work—creating a space where healing, growth, and transformation can unfold.

At the core of my practice is a Person-Centred approach, which places your voice, your pace, and your lived experience at the centre of our therapeutic relationship. I believe every person holds the strength to overcome challenges and move toward the life they desire—sometimes, we just need someone to walk with us along the way.

I understand how daunting it can be to seek counselling. It takes courage to reach out.
