Life can feel overwhelming at times. Reaching out for support is always a sign of strength. Whether you are facing stress, navigating change, or simply needing a safe space to talk; counselling offers you a place to pause, breathe, and be heard without judgement.
As your Registered Counsellor, I strive to create a safe, collaborative therapeutic space where you will feel genuinely heard and understood. My professional experience spans a range of emotional and relational challenges, shaped in part by my work within a rehabilitation setting, where I supported individuals navigating complex life transitions and recovery.
I also work with clients facing anxiety, low self-esteem, communication difficulties, relationship challenges, school related challenges and grief and loss. I am particularly passionate about helping people reconnect with their inner strengths, deepen self-understanding, and develop healthier, more fulfilling ways of relating to themselves and others. This leads to a richer quality of life as personal functioning and wellbeing improve.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and will depend on your needs, drawing on a person-centred approach, narrative therapy approach, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based practices. This flexible approach allows counselling to be tailored to your unique needs, values, and goals. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and I will walk alongside you to build insight, resilience, and meaningful, lasting change.
